Cancellation and Refunds Policy


1. Cancellation Policy: Since Class IV laser therapy is a therapeutic treatment provided at the time of the appointment, cancellations may not be eligible for refunds. However, clients can reschedule their appointments, subject to availability, at no extra cost, provided they give sufficient notice:

a. Cancellations made 24 hours or more before the appointment: No charge; a full refund will be issued.

b. Cancellations made between 12 and 24 hours before the appointment: A 50% refund will be issued.

c. Cancellations made less than 12 hours from the appointment: No refunds will be provided.

d. Refunds will be processed within 10 days from the cancellation request.

2. Rescheduling: Clients can reschedule their appointments, subject to availability, at no extra cost, provided they give sufficient notice.

3. No-Show: In the event of a no-show (failure to attend a scheduled appointment without prior notice), clients will not be eligible for refunds or rescheduling without additional payment.

4. Exceptional Circumstances: In cases of unforeseen and exceptional circumstances, such as medical emergencies or other events beyond the client's control, we may consider rescheduling the appointment or providing a partial refund on a case-by-case basis. Clients should contact our customer service as soon as possible to discuss their situation.

5. Late Payments: Failure to make the required payment at the time of booking may result in the cancellation of the appointment. Additional charges may apply for rescheduled appointments.

6. Invoice Requests: Clients may request an invoice for their booking, which will be provided upon request. Please contact our customer service for invoice requests.

7. Billing Disputes: In case of any billing disputes, clients are encouraged to reach out to our customer service within [number of days] days of the appointment date for prompt resolution.
